We strive for customer satisfaction. Core Tech accepts returns for most products within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original packaging and condition, including laptops, desktops, smartwatches, and accessories.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after product inspection. If the product is unopened and undamaged, a full refund is issued within 7 business days. Partial refunds may apply for items showing signs of use.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Contact Core Tech customer service within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products or items damaged after receipt are not eligible for returns. Core Tech reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy criteria.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Core Tech for defective items or shipping errors. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
